Marlon Fonsaka completed his undergraduate studies at the Federal University of Technology, Parana (Brasil), earning a degree in Electronic Industrial Engineering before pursuing a postgraduate degree in Strategic Production Management at the same institution. Following this, he then went on to obtain a postgraduate degree in Management Development from FAE Centro Universitario (Brasil).

2001 to 2015 Joined Renault (Brazil) as a Supply Chain Process Engineering Analyst, progressing to roles including Supply Chain Manager expert at S&OP process
