Juan Jacobo Bregante graduated from Universidad de Zaragoza (Spain) with a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and majored in Manufacturing and Quality, earning Quality Systems Manager Junior certification from RWTH Aachen (Germany).
2003 Started at Renault Group at Cléon plant (France) on a track covering every position from Team Leader to Quality Workshop Manager then Manufacturing Workshop Manager.
2010 Crankcase Manufacturing Workshop Manager, Valladolid Motores plant.
2015 to 2018 Plant Supplier Quality Manager then Powertrain Supplier Performance Manager, Renault Group Iberia Cluster.
2019 Valladolid Motores Quality Plant Manager.
15 March 2023 Appointed HORSE Global Quality Director, effective 1 July 2023.
