Julien Faure holds engineering degrees from École Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Saint-Etienne (1987) and École Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs (1988), and has worked in powertrain engineering at Renault Group since 1989.

2006 to 2011 Head of the Engine Tuning and Software departments at Renault Group’s Lardy Technical Centre.
2011 Head of Diesel Projects, Renault Group.
2015 VP Powertrain and Electric Design, Renault Group.
